No. Product availability, origin, specification, quantity, pricing and delivery remain subject to confirmation, satisfactory due diligence and final contractual agreement.

Besides commodities, we support selected sectors including beverages, fabrics and the emerging 3D and robotic home manufacturing industry, with sector-specific advisory and deal structuring support.

Yes. Together with our financing partners, we support instruments such as SBLC, LC, DLC and bank guarantees. We also arrange Project Finance on a Profit & Loss basis, with a minimum deal size of USD 5 Million. All instruments are subject to bank approval, KYC and due diligence.
